Transit-oriented commercial development group Grayson Capital has acquired Monument Healthcare Development. As of the closing in December 2022, Monument has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Grayson Capital. Monument was previously a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nuterra Capital.
